REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESENTATIONS

Conference languages – English and Lithuanian.

Requirements for oral presentations

Duration of presentation:

  • In the plenary session – approximately 25 minutes;
  • In the section's sessions – approximately 10 minutes.

The main language of the conference is English. However, in order to promote multilingualism and the proper use of accounting and financial terms in Lithuanian, a panel session with a discussion and one presentation session will be held in Lithuanian. The plenary session and other presentation sessions will be held in English. Participants indicate the chosen language of the oral presentation (English or Lithuanian) in the conference registration form and prepare the presentation slides according to the chosen language. 

Requirements for the posters

The poster must be prepared according to the template provided by the conference organizers in English.

The poster must be sent by e-mail afk@vdu.lt until 17 October 2022. All submitted poster will be published on the conference website and will be available until 1 December 2022. 

The poster should have to get for conference participant’s an overall picture of material presented in an article. The recommendations for preparation of abstract of an article advisable have been taken while preparing poster’s text. 

Text in the poster should take no more than 50 percents of the sheet area. In capital letters should be written the title of poster and titles of the most important parts or element of it. Especially significant or exceptional, but short text elements or individual words in the text could be highlighted by using bold, italic and (or) underlined font. It is recommended font to be at least 24 pt and at least one space interval between the lines has be left. 

Illustrations (tables, pictures and images) could be of any visible size, but the more important elements should be larger. 

The poster’s title, corresponding to the prepared or intended to prepare an article, the author(s) name(s) and affiliations should be presented at the top of the sheet. The data about author(s), prepared following requirements for information about author(s) presentation in an article, should be presented at the bottom of the poster’s sheet.
