Until 7 October 2024 – Standard registration for oral and pre-recorded presentations and submission of the abstract (conference fee is 40* EUR)
Until 25 October 2024 – Submission of pre-recorded presentations
Until 12 November 2024 – Registration for listeners (Free of charge)

Notification of acceptance/rejection based on the submitted abstract: Within 2 weeks after registration.
All attendees registered as LISTENERS will have FREE access to all conference sessions and presentations.

Payment of the fee for presenters within 7 days after the notification of abstract acceptance.

Early bird registration (until 3 June 2024) – 20* Eur
Regular registration (until 7 October 2024) – 40* Eur
Listeners and co-authors – free of charge.

The conference fee covers participation in the conference and access to the e-Abstract Book (in English).

The bank account number of the VMU and the deadline for payment of the registration fee will be indicated in the prepaid invoice sent to the participants by e-mail.

The abstract of the presentation is in English only and must be sent by email to afk@vdu.lt.

Online registration to attend the conference can be done by going to the Participants menu on the website and clicking on the Registration button.
