Requirements for oral presentations
Duration of presentation:

• In the plenary session – 20 min + 10 min for Q/A;
• In the section’s sessions – 10 min + 5 min for Q/A.

Presenters are fully responsible for the presentation content (order, graphics, etc.).

Requirements for the Pre-Recorded Presentations
Pre-recorded presentations must be submitted in the form of an .mp4 file (video file) to the Pre-Recorded Presentation Submission Portal by October 20, 2024. The content of the Pre-Recorded Presentation must be prepared in English.

In September 2024, presenters will receive an email containing the following details:

• Instructions and a link to upload the pre-recorded presentation to the Pre-Recorded Presentation Submission Portal.
• The instructions and link will be sent to the email address provided by the presenting author during the abstract submission process. Providing incorrect email addresses during the abstract submission process may lead to delayed or undeliverable notifications.

Permission for the Use of Pre-Recorded Presentation:

• When presenters submit an abstract, they automatically grant permission to the conference organizers to use the pre-recorded presentation on the conference website (MP4 recording).
• All presenters will receive a separate email with a link to the Speaker Pre-Recorded Presentation Portal.
• Pre-Recorded Presentations will be accessible on the conference website during the conference and for one month after the session.

Pre-recorded presentations must be uploaded by 25 October 2024.
To avoid technical difficulties, presenters of oral presentations may submit PowerPoint (PPT) files for oral presentations by 10 November 2024.
